We are hiring a Customer Care Representative to support order processing, patient inquiries and customer experience for our medical device products.  This is a high-impact role working directly with patients, providers and internal teams.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage order intake, entry, invoicing and fulfillment coordination
  • Handle inbound calls from patients, providers and sales teams
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Process and document product and non-product complaints
  • Support customer reporting, surveys and follow-ups

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with order to cash processes a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
