We are hiring a Customer Care Representative to support order processing, patient inquiries and customer experience for our medical device products. This is a high-impact role working directly with patients, providers and internal teams.
What you will do:
- Manage order intake, entry, invoicing and fulfillment coordination
- Handle inbound calls from patients, providers and sales teams
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Process and document product and non-product complaints
- Support customer reporting, surveys and follow-ups
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience with order to cash processes a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
