The Opportunity
Recurrent Ventures is seeking a Jr. Client Partner (Media Seller) to join the Donut Media team. This strategic media seller will play a critical role in educating the market about Donut’s brand partnership offerings and establishing relationships with brands and agencies.
Reporting to the VP of Client Partnerships, the Jr. Client Partner will work to develop and execute small-to-mid-sized brand deals. This individual will own outreach and nurture client relationships while partnering with Integrated Marketing, Client Success, and Creative to drive sales.
The ideal candidate is familiar with media sales, advertising, the creator economy, YouTube and facilitating strategic partnerships.. This person should be proficient in high-level strategic thinking, deeply passionate about problem-solving, and knowledgeable in business growth enablement.
Responsibilities

Prospect, pitch, and close small-to-mid-sized advertising and sponsorship deals

Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to negotiation and close.

Maintain an active pipeline through consistent outreach.

Partner with Client Success, Creative, and Integrated Marketing to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity goals.

Track and report pipeline activity, forecasts, and closed revenue accurately in CRM.

Identify repeat and upsell opportunities to grow Donut’s share of advertiser budgets.

Stay current on Donut content and creator marketing trends to craft tailored pitches.
Qualifications

At least 1-3 years of experience in digital media advertising sales or the creator economy.

Experience working within the Automotive category and passion for car culture is a plus.

Track record of high performance; experience with sales quotas a plus.

Strong capabilities in relationship building.

Ability to produce effective presentations that hold the room.

Solid understanding of creator, influencer, streamer, e-commerce and content marketing.

Enthusiasm for strategic client mapping, prospecting, entertaining.

A driven self-starter capable of working independently externally while collaborating internally.

Passion for digital advertising and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
