Donut Media is looking for a Merch Operations Coordinator. This is the backbone of Donut Media’s merchandising machine. This person ensures that once a product is created, everything else runs seamlessly—from inventory management to shipping, e-commerce, and customer experience. They partner with creative, production, and community teams to keep Donut merch moving efficiently and delighting fans.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Own all shipping, receiving, and relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking to prevent stockouts and overstock.

  • Manage restock cycles, end-of-life product decisions, and surplus management.

  • Oversee storage, freight, customs, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or delays and implement solutions to maintain on-time fulfillment.

E-Commerce Operations

  • Maintain and update Shopify product pages, including photos, descriptions, and copy.

  • Schedule product launches in coordination with Merch Producer and Social Team.

  • Track and analyze e-commerce metrics, including conversion rates, cart abandonment, and on-site errors.

  • Partner with Social and Creative teams to ensure assets are ready and aligned with campaigns.

  • Continuously improve site usability and customer experience for all online drops.

Customer Experience & Quality

  • Serve as first line for customer inquiries and support via email or platform messaging.

  • Identify product or fulfillment issues and report back to Merch Producer for resolution.

  • Ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment, minimizing delays or errors.

  • Track recurring issues and implement preventative measures to maintain fan satisfaction.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Community Manager to incorporate fan feedback into inventory and product decisions.

  • Align with the Merch Producer on production schedules, inventory allocation, and delivery planning.

  • Communicate updates, issues, and insights across teams to keep operations predictable and efficient.
