Job Summary:

The Controller oversees the financial health of the organization, managing financial planning,

budgeting, and reporting while supporting compliance and strategic growth. This role includes

leading contract management and vendor management to ensure smooth organizational

operations. Additionally, the Controller plays a key role in compliance, regulatory adherence,

and offers administrative assistance when necessary, acting as a pivotal member of the

leadership team to drive company objectives and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning

● Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support

organizational goals.

● Analyze financial performance and create reports, ensuring informed decision-making at

the executive level.

Compliance and Risk Management

● Ensure adherence to financial regulations, industry standards, and organizational

policies.

● Oversee risk management strategies, working with legal and compliance teams to

address regulatory requirements.

Contract Management

● Manage contract preparation, review, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with

organizational needs and legal standards.

● Collaborate with department heads to negotiate and finalize contracts, securing

favorable terms.

Vendor Management

● Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, managing contract negotiations,

performance, and renewals.

● Evaluate vendor services to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with

business

Financial Reporting and Analysis

● Prepare financial reports and analyses to inform strategic planning and executive

decision-making.

● Track key financial metrics, delivering actionable insights to enhance performance and

drive growth.

Process Improvement and Optimization

● Identify and implement process improvements across finance and administrative

functions.

● Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the finance

department.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals, including IT, sales,

and marketing.

● Act as a liaison between finance and other departments, ensuring alignment and efficient

communication.

Qualifications:

● Bachelors degree in a relevant area of study, or commensurate experience. ●

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably as a Controller or

similar position.

● Strong knowledge of financial management, contract management, and vendor

relations.

● Familiarity with compliance regulations, digital assets and risk management practices.

● Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

● Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and across departments in a dynamic

environment.
