Exciting opportunity in the Energy Corridor of Houston for a Lead Maintenance-Service Manager role. Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and direct the onsite maintenance team in the maintenance and upkeep of apartment homes and property/building exteriors
  • Organize and schedule apartment make-readies and renovations if necessary
  • Schedule, organize and execute monthly preventative maintenance
  • Complete service requests in a timely manner (company standard is within 24 hours)
  • Ensure amenities, interior and exterior of the property is in pristine condition at all times
  • Must have HVAC certification, excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair/replacement, pool upkeep, and good general knowledge of apartment home operations.
