TeachTown is a leading provider of education solutions for students diagnosed with autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities, emotional disorders, and speech/language impairments.  We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Program Enablement Specialist & Scheduler. This hybrid role will be responsible for delivering virtual product trainings to teachers and administrators, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling to ensure the efficient delivery of training to our clients, and managing our contractor operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Training: 

 

  • Support sales executives on program functionality and pedagogy in onsite or virtual presentations and demonstration of products to district-wide evaluation committees 

  • Full lifecycle training and enablement of sales and account management professionals  on the special education market & TeachTown product suite 

  • Provide expertise for the go-to-market team and district evaluation committees  on the  “real world application”  of ABA into public school settings and how our products and services correlate to the needs of the district partner. 

  • Deliver thought leadership into the special education market on current trends and TeachTown strengths via multiple formats; this includes and is not limited to creating presentations, content creation, and authoring white papers)

  • Support in-depth product training (virtual) for teachers and administrators so they can use our products and services in the classroom with fidelity and drive results for the students they serve

  • Creation of program support documents, walkthroughs, training content, and other media to ensure teacher fidelity

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Schedule Maintenance:

 

  • Reassign trainings or appropriately prioritize scheduling decisions based on training requirements, timing constraints, geographic considerations, and staffing continuity. 

  • Resolve scheduling conflicts with PES and Client Success team members to identify appropriate alternatives in a timely manner

  • Proactively identify and address scheduling issues (e.g., high/low utilization, team or client issues)

  • Use scheduling tools and put together reports in order to forecast hours needed for a client, track actual utilization, and monitor total contractor headcount

 

Contractor Operations:

 

  • Manage onboarding of new contractors in partnership with HR - this includes and is not limited to, recruiting, contract management, and ongoing feedback

  • Manage training of new contractors 

  • Review and submit final contractor invoices to Accounts Payable

 

Basic Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field

  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 35% (could be more during peak periods)

  • 2+ years of classroom teaching experience in public education settings

  • 2+ years of experience providing training, support, and coaching in school settings

  • Experience in providing remote supervision and training

  • Experience engaging in cross-functional initiatives with set timelines

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Demonstrate strong independence skills in trained tasks

  • Work efficiently in a remote work environment

  • Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office/Zoom

  • Outstanding customer facing presentation skills

  • Ability to anticipate problems and provide immediate solutions

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in school leadership role (specialist, administrator) or interacting with senior school leadership (director, superintendents)

  • Work experience in a Top 100 district preferred (enrollment 50,000+)

  • BCBA certification
