TeachTown is seeking a Program Manager to join our Product and Technology Team.  The role will select, design and implement our agile, QA and SDLC processes and systems. This role is remote but will have dedicated hours for QA and release coverage. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement agile processes as the ScrumMaster for the team

  • Refine issue and bug-tracking processes and SDLC systems for the development team

  • Lead QA efforts across teams including testing plans and test automation coverage

  • Manage releases including release scheduling and notification including documentation

  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by TeachTown.

  • Effectively communicate timely updates to internal customers through the appropriate systems and tools

  • Work seamlessly with the engineering team to defined requirements and improve quality and issue resolution time

  • Work seamlessly with UX and Product to implement Pendo documentation

  • Other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in QA, Technology and/or Engineering. Experience with Pendo a plus.

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience with agile software development

  • 1+ years of experience with the SDLC including product-focused program management and/or release management

  • Bachelor’s degree/Certification in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience in applicable field required

  • Proven track record of delivering on a technology solutions agenda that contributed to a culture of creativity, entrepreneurship and excellence. 

  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, change management and influencing skills. 

  • Demonstrated experience with product systems design and development

Work Authorization:
