TeachTown is a leading provider of education solutions for students diagnosed with autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities, emotional disorders, and speech/language impairments.  Our growing team of professionals is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Manager to join our team.  

 

The Content Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Content Marketing Strategy and will work cross-collaboratively among teams to produce engaging and relevant content that improves customer engagement and drives upsells and cross-sells.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the creation of engaging and high-quality content marketing initiatives including emails, blogs, customer success stories, scripts, social media messaging and other content that drives engagement, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and retention. 

  • Basic SEO knowledge of best practices; conduct keyword research and update content to enhance search engine rankings.

  • Manage content creation (content & design) and execution across social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Monitor external social media groups, comments, and feedback across different platforms, and respond to all inquiries and feedback.

  • Measurement and optimization of content marketing programs will be required on a regular and ongoing basis.

  • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.

 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field. 

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Special Education required. EdTech experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience in long-form and short-form content creation and distribution.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines juggling multiple priorities.

  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Canva experience is a plus.

  • Passion for TeachTown’s mission and values, with an interest in supporting our community and promoting positive experiences.

  • Writing samples required. Examples can include a combination of eBooks, white papers, infographics, video scripts, case studies, etc.
