TeachTown, the leading provider of education solutions for students diagnosed with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, emotional disorders, and speech/language impairments is seeking a growth-minded individual to support TeachTown's go-to-market strategy and accelerate value creation.
The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Product Management and Product Marketing and will partner with our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to create messaging for our products that ultimately generates customer insights that inform TeachTown's product strategy.
Applicants will be required to send a content marketing writing sample or sample of marketing collateral. These samples should be for public consumption and does not include Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of products, both internally and externally, in industry and customer conversations by creating clear product messaging and positioning

Create and update product collateral on an ongoing basis

Develop a deep understanding of our target customers and buyers as the established expert for our product offerings

Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to support go-to-market efforts: Win/Loss Calls, Surveys, Discovery Calls, Visits and Renewals

Manage product launches by collaborating with the Product team, building capacity for internal teams, and creating materials that build awareness and demand from prospects and customers

Gain customer insights through qualitative and quantitative data—K-12 market trends, internal reporting, customer feedback, and more—to inform product development, product messaging, and marketing

Work closely with Product and Sales Leadership to deliver training on demo talk tracks and discovery questions to support demo flow

Partner with Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and refine necessary collateral such as product one-pagers, demo decks, overview videos, etc.
Requirements:

3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS (EdTech preferred)

3+ years of experience working with special education, ABA and/or IDD

Demonstrated experience in go-to-market process

Demonstrated experience with creating marketing collateral
