Summary
TeachTown is the leading provider of education solutions for students diagnosed with autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities, emotional disorders, and speech/language impairments. Our growing team of professionals is seeking a full-time Events Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Events Manager will report directly to the Director of Content Marketing Strategy and will work cross-collaboratively with marketing, product and sales teams to plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of virtual and in-person marketing-supported events.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with marketing and sales leadership to develop and implement events marketing strategy and objectives that yield an increase of pipeline and customer satisfaction

Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person marketing-supported events, including TeachTown Virtual Summits, national and regional events, monthly hosted webinars, and an annual company event (this includes promotional collateral creation)

Collaborate across departments to maintain event agendas and promotional needs

Manage all pre- and post-event logistics, including but not limited to internal registration, vendor coordination, product shipment (inbound and outbound), budget management, sponsorship opportunities, follow up, etc.

Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small scale events

Negotiate and execute contracts with event-related vendors and contractors

Manage the budget and spending for all events

Partner with Marketing Operations to build reports that track events ROI

Support the sales team with engaging target prospects prior to any event

Support the event coordination for internal annual event

Serve as the main point of contact for internal event attendees and outside partners.

Stay updated on best practices and technologies related to event coordination.
Required Education and Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working in B2B in-person and virtual event planning within a marketing team

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated strong organizational and project management abilities, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
