TeachTown is the leading provider of education solutions for students diagnosed with autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities, emotional disorders, and speech/language impairments. We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing Customer Experience team.  As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you are one of the first points of contact that customers have in their TeachTown journey.  In this role, you will be responsible for setting the tone for a positive customer experience by welcoming the customer to the TeachTown family, explaining the Learning Unlocked customer journey and introducing them to the resources that will engage with them along the path to getting value and usage out of their TeachTown solution.  To be successful as a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will need to operate efficiently, be detail-oriented and organized, set clear expectations with customers for their Customer Experience journey and provide exceptional customer service.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

 

  • Kick off the customer’s post-sale experience by being the first point of outreach on the Customer Experience journey

  • Introduce customers to the Learning Unlocked customer journey framework 

  • Set appropriate expectations for customers along the journey with respect to resources, timelines and process

  • Coordinate and allocate resources across the Customer Experience teams to ensure we met or exceed customer expectations

  • Monitor Customer Experience resource usage and ensure efficient and fair utilization.

  • Track and report on Customer Experience resource availability and usage across the customer journey, and highlight to leadership when we may be reaching resource capacity.

  • Assist in the development of new processes with cross functional teams to create a smooth onboarding experience

 

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in resource coordination or other customer-facing services roles,  preferably in EdTech

  • Demonstrated experience in initiating and managing resource allocations in a timely manner, with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Consistent experience with organizing and managing multiple workflows simultaneously

  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
