• Ability to operate and learn to maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment: deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.  

• You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.

What You’ll Do: 

• Be active! Regularly lift, push, pull, and bend.

• 80% mobility during the shift, 10% continuous standing. 

• Clean and inspect kitchen and food service areas and ensure a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.

• Assist in prep, receiving, and organization of food and supplies.

• Communicate with cooks, managers regarding needs, and any maintenance issues.

• Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.

• Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community.

• Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience. 

• Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision. 

• Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.
