National Arbitration & Mediation (NAM), one of the nation's leading providers of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, is seeking an Account Executive to support the continued growth of our Personal Injury practice.
This is an ideal opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys business development, client management, and consultative sales. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to law firms, insurance carriers, claims professionals, and other clients while helping them navigate arbitration and mediation matters from initiation through resolution.

What You'll Do
Develop and Grow Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, law firms, insurance carriers, and claims professionals
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify opportunities to expand client utilization of NAM's arbitration and mediation services
- Conduct regular outreach to existing and prospective clients through meetings, calls, networking events, and industry conferences
Drive Business Development Efforts
- Promote NAM's market-leading ADR services to existing and prospective clients
- Develop strategies to increase account penetration and client engagement
- Generate new business opportunities within assigned territories and/or accounts
- Represent NAM at industry events, client meetings, and professional networking functions
Manage Client Matters
- Coordinate arbitration and mediation matters from inception through completion
- Ensure a seamless client experience throughout the case lifecycle
- Partner with internal operations and case management teams to deliver exceptional service
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain Sales Activity and Reporting
- Track client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity within CRM systems
- Maintain accurate records of sales and account management activities
- Collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives and revenue objectives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Client Success, Sales, Legal Services, or Professional Services
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with law firms, insurance carriers, or legal service providers
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience managing client portfolios or strategic accounts

- Compensation: $70,000 Base + Commission
