About the Role
NAM is seeking a motivated Account Executive to support the promotion and delivery of the company’s arbitration and mediation services within the Personal Injury department. This role combines sales, account management, and client service responsibilities. The Account Executive will build strong relationships with clients, manage matters submitted to NAM from inception through completion, and serve as a primary point of contact for client organizations. This role plays a key part in maintaining NAM’s reputation for excellence while supporting the organization’s sales and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote arbitration and mediation services to existing and prospective personal injury clients
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned clients and client organizations
- Manage and administer arbitration and mediation matters from inception through conclusion
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient handling of case-related inquiries and requests
- Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, email, and written correspondence
- Follow up promptly on client inquiries and coordinate internally to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure efficient case administration and service delivery
- Record daily sales and service activities in the company CRM system
- Represent NAM at industry events, networking functions, and special company events
- Visit clients on-site or at other company locations as needed to maintain relationships
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in sales, client services, or professional services environments
- Strong client relationship and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented sales environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Valid driver’s license and insured automobile
Preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Paralegal certificate
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience in insurance, legal services or related industries
