• Plan and oversee all aspects of identified special projects, ensuring completion of deliverables by deadline and within budget.
  
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of project activities, which may include meetings, trainings, events, etc. 
  
• Write, design, and develop a wide range of products for internal and external use, such as curricula, guidance documents, policies, fact sheets, etc. in collaboration with BARCC staff and partner agencies.
  
• Identify and manage consultant and vendor contracts to support development of products (e.g., graphic designers, video production companies).
  
• Plan and facilitate inclusive meetings with external project partners that draw  out the perspectives and expertise of each participant and lead to consensus decision making.
• Manage positive relationships with partner agencies balancing different perspectives and needs.
• Ensure that all grant requirements are met, including communicating with grant-assigned technical assistance providers and completing grant reports.

• 3–5 years project management and product development for social service, social justice, education, or public health benefit. 
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for working on and learning about a wide range of topics.
• Highly detail oriented, organized, and able to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management style that is inclusive, collaborative, deadline-driven, and flexible.
• Superior writing and product development skills with demonstrated ability to create materials specific to varying audiences, including ability to convey information in plain language.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and balance multiple perspectives/needs.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Slides; Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with grants, especially federal and state grant officers and programs, preferred.
• Knowledgeable about adult learning theory and universal training design preferred.
• Graphic design or other design skills a plus.
