SUMMARY: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for contacting prospective new customers for the purpose of developing new business relationships. A successful SDR thinks critically, learns through coaching from their manager and enhances their skills throughout their tenure in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master Probably’s various CRM + Prospecting Systems.
- Develop functional knowledge of Probably’s products and services.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle objections and challenging call scenarios resulting in a positive outcome for Probably.
- Meet application quota.
- Manage leads and continuous follow up on pipeline.
- Meet weekly call goals and impression counts (KPI’S).
