Full-time position: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM
On-site: Costa Mesa, CA

Pay Range: $22-$29/hour

 

Summary: We are looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team! This role supports the sales team by managing and distributing inbound leads across multiple channels, preparing reports, and maintaining high data quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive, with a continuous focus on improving marketing processes and overall effectiveness. 

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with database systems and lead distribution (e.g. Web Ad Forms, Emails, Inbound Live Calls, Regents Referrals, SMS and troubleshoot issues
  • Collect data and prepare detailed reports on key metrics. Utilize these key insights to guide decisions and improve future strategies and content
  • Screen, answer, and qualify inbound callers, transferring qualified prospects to sales representatives or processing immediate removal requests
  • Monitor and process all inbound leads from all digital channels
  • Maintain data quality by continuously enriching new and aged leads with updated information
  • Execute and manage the lead suppression process

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of marketing experience 
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sales/finance is desirable
