Summary: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as the entry-level role into a sales career at Probably and is responsible for contacting prospective new customers to develop new business relationships. Successful SDRs think critically and learn through coaching from their manager, mentors, and build upon/improve their skills throughout their tenure in this program.

You will master the use of the most powerful sales systems and software, while connecting with C-level suite executives across a diverse array of industries like manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and healthcare. After demonstrating consistent success in production and mastering the SDR role, a Junior Account Executive position is waiting for you!

There are 5 core goals and responsibilities of an SDR to help train and prepare you for advancement:

    1. Master Probably’s various CRM + Prospecting Systems.
    2. Develop functional knowledge of Probably’s products and services.
    3. Demonstrate the ability to handle objections and challenging call scenarios resulting in a positive   outcome for Probably.
    4. Meet and exceed application quota.
    5. Meet and exceed weekly call goals and impression counts (KPI’S).

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous phone sales experience required.
  • Long term interest in a client-facing sales career including cold calls and other prospecting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management abilities.
  • Competitive spirit and the drive for results.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Coachable and enjoys learning in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
