Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Solutions Architect

Overview

We’re hiring a highly autonomous Salesforce Developer to help us build and expand new business verticals within our Salesforce platform. This is a senior-level, technical-heavy role for someone who can own architecture, development, and deployment end-to-end - without a team of engineers or a CTO to lean on.

You’ll act as the internal Salesforce expert and builder, integrating systems, automating workflows, and creating scalable solutions for new business units we’re launching in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions to support new business verticals

  • Translate rough business ideas into fully functional systems inside Salesforce

  • Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, integrations, and automations

  • Own API integrations with tools like QuickBooks, Google Suite, EMRs, Scribe Tools, etc.

  • Collaborate directly with company leadership (Finance, Operations, Sales) to define and implement requirements

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes using Salesforce

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform

  • Support ongoing Salesforce maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, APIs)

  • Strong background in system design, architecture, and business process mapping

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools (Google, QuickBooks, etc.)

  • Comfortable being the only technical person in the room - must be extremely self-directed

  • Healthcare industry or startup experience is a strong plus

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are preferred
