As the Sr. Manager for the Digital Acquisition & Social Media, you will be responsible for strategic planning and tactical execution of Coinme’s entire Digital Marketing effort, across the entire span of the customer journey. They will be the primary generator of acquisition and retention via generating maximum awareness, traffic, referrals, and loyalty. This role is all about acquiring profitable consumers that maximize profitable organic growth. As part of this work, the new senior Digital Marketing leader will need to optimize and drive the integration of all Digital tactics and channels, across all product categories, and create awareness, consideration and ultimately preference and demand for Coinme. You will drive future solutions that will impact how we capture new customers and surprise and delight our existing ones, and you'll have a lot of fun along the way.

Candidates with a history of owning data-driven projects, overcoming obstacles, comfortable with ambiguity and can think on their feet are desired. This Sr. Manager position will be able to take direction but will also pro-actively drive projects to completion.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Entrepreneurial Experience – Ideally, larger company foundation and training coupled with secondary experience in a smaller, more nimble and brand-driven, consumer-facing company. Of particular interest, experience in lean, early-stage or growth-stage businesses within highly competitive verticals. The key here is being resourceful, adaptive, and comfortable with complexity and moving to market quickly.

  • The ability to identify potential markets and create targeted communication media to appeal to and engage specific consumer groups.

  • Have a firm understanding, and executional excellence in competitive analysis, forecasting methods, and strategic implementation.

  • Think strategically about business issues and will have a strong command of data platforms and dashboards, reporting automation, data visualization, digital marketing analytics, and basic statistics.

  • In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, able to understand their concerns, use data and visualizations to address them, and present the results to executives and non-executives that are both technical and non-technical, in a clear and concise manner.

  • A history of delivering “actionable insights” to stakeholders is required; Coinme is looking for marketers who want to go beyond tactics and reporting, generating actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analysis.

  • Serving as a digital guru and insight provider within the organization.

  • Experiment with different digital channels and campaigns to identify the best ROI opportunities for where the business should invest in order to acquire new customers.

  • Job Requirements

    • Your toolkit should include Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Media Buying, Display, Retargeting, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite (including Marketo), Blogging, Email Automation, Visual Design, Social Media (must be really skilled and experienced here), SMS, Mobile Optimization and Creating and Curating great Content. With these tools, you will work in concert with the rest of Coinme to drive traffic, awareness, acquisition, retention and thought leadership.

    • Highly competence with platform-based tools for website development, media analytics, project management, and content creation.

    • Need to Optimize and drive the integration of all Digital tactics and channels, across all Coinme verticals.

    • Creating consideration, and ultimately preference and demand, throughout the customer journey.

    • Providing key data-driven insights that enable new opportunities and innovation on behalf of the business units.

  • Required Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.

    • Excellent digital media acquisition, data analysis and computer skills.

    • Proficient at strategic targeting and acquisition, prioritization of social and content, CRM and loyalty and budget management.

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.

    • Advanced working knowledge and a high degree of familiarity with marketing analytics such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, and other similar analytics and automation software.

    • Driving incremental new customers into the sales funnel (CPA)

    • Retention and value measures (Incremental LTV, Reduced Attrition)

    • Enhanced Social Engagement and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

    • Continuously improving customer online experience

    • Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills

    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
