At Omlie our management consultants are passionate leaders who deliver consistently exceptional client experiences with authenticity, collaboration, and trust. Consulting team members should expect their primary focus to be on project delivery: understanding our client’s needs and partnering to design, build, and deploy custom solutions. Omlie is looking for a Senior Director who can lead complex client work, create and shape account growth, develop leaders, and elevate the quality of Omlie’s consulting approach. This person brings strategic judgment, executive-levelstakeholder influence, leadership, and the ability to teach and scale strong consulting practices across the organization.

What you’ll do
- Lead complex projects, major workstreams, and/or client accounts, balancing scope, pace, quality, team capacity, expectations, and client outcomes.
- Set strategic direction across teams or workstreams by reframing unclear client asks, pressure-testing assumptions, integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence, explaining tradeoffs, and translating strategy into practical choices.
- Advise on solution design, including structures, roles, governance, decision rights, operating models, and ways of working that support strategy execution.
- Influence senior leaders and complex stakeholder groups, understand team and organizational dynamics, turn resistance into useful input, repair trust when needed, and help leaders align around clear decisions and a clear plan of action.
- Architect change and enablement strategies across audiences, leaders, systems, and ways of working so clients can adopt and sustain new behaviors.
- Shape high-stakes narratives across engagements, guide senior stakeholders through complexity and tension, adapt in real time, and ensure communication drives decisions and action
- Demonstrate fluency in AI usage and responsible emerging technology adoption; advise teams and clients on AI-enabled opportunities, business value, governance, risk, and practical human adoption.
- Create new work through trusted partnerships by building advocates, identifying and shaping opportunities, advising on scope and positioning, and helping sell work for self and others.
- Develop leaders across Omlie through coaching, feedback, sponsorship, practical development plans, and clear expectations for strong delivery aligned to our delivery principles.
- Create reusable methods, playbooks, standards, or trainings that improve Omlie’s delivery quality, client impact, team capability, and market credibility.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a relevant industry role.
- Demonstrated ownership of a client portfolio representing $1–3M in annual revenue, with accountability for growth and retention
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, accounts, teams, or senior client relationships with strong outcomes.
- Ability to set strategic direction, integrate multiple workstreams, influence senior decisions, and translate ambiguity into practical client action.
- Strong executive presence, strategic communication, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience developing leaders, coaching teams, and improving delivery quality across complex client work.
- Commercial judgment and experience identifying, shaping, scoping, or selling consulting opportunities.
