Position Overview
At Omlie, purposeful vision and bold teamwork define how we serve our clients and our team. The Team Experience Director will bring visionary perspective and empathetic leadership to shape people programs that fuel growth, belonging, and a thriving workplace culture. In partnership with Omlie’s leadership, this role co-creates and leads innovative initiatives that help every team member flourish and advance our shared mission.
The ideal candidate has meaningful experience in crafting, launching, and evolving programs spanning learning, engagement, talent strategy, and organizational development in a professional services setting. They recognize how these elements power both culture and company growth, with a proven track record of building people programs that drive connection and individual success.
This is a hybrid position:

Local candidates (within 50 miles from our home office): one to two days per week on-site in our Conshohocken, PA office.

Non-local candidates: one to two times per month in our office.
What You’ll Do

Shape and implement performance management frameworks, including career pathing, success profiles, and ongoing recognition with a focus on team members having clear priorities and actionable feedforward.

Lead people initiatives that spark engagement, recognition, and joy, elevating morale and forging real team connections, such as managing peer recognition programs, leading team-building workshops, or launching innovative wellness initiatives.

Serve as a confidential resource for employees, supporting conflict resolution and team concerns with empathy, and escalate as necessary.

Guide organizational change management efforts as policies, processes, and culture continue to evolve.

Design and manage people-related metrics, including employee pulse surveys to maintain the pulse of team engagement and culture, and align action plans to address identified gaps or opportunities.

Manage and execute our talent acquisition process, bringing best-practice ideas and weaving creativity and connection into how we attract and welcome new talent.

Contribute to policy development, workforce planning, and annual compensation reviews to promote competitive and equitable practices.

Bring fresh ideas to amplify belonging, drive innovation, and make Omlie a place where every person can thrive by supporting other People/HR projects and special initiatives that advance business and cultural goals.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in human resources or a related field, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to tailor messages to all levels, build deep trust, and navigate complex conversations.
- High level of discretion, judgment, professionalism and emotional intelligence in all interactions.
- Adaptable and action-oriented, skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Intellectually curious and agile, always learning, experimenting with new ideas, and bringing fresh, strategic thinking to every challenge.
- Low ego and high humility: Embraces collective achievement, thrives on feedforward, and seeks partnership over individual credit.
