Omlie is looking for an Associate Director who can lead defined workstreams, manage day-to-day project delivery, and help clients turn complex needs into practical solutions. This person brings strong consulting fundamentals, clear communication, curiosity, and a growing ability to influence clients, support teammates, and identify opportunities for Omlie to add value.

What you’ll do
- Lead large, visible workstreams or smaller projects with appropriate oversight, managing deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, resources, and next steps.
- Break down complex challenges by asking clear, structured questions, using the data you have, and turning what you learn into early, testable recommendations.
- Support practical solution design, including structures, roles, governance, decision rights, and ways of working that align to client strategy.
- Build trust with direct clients by listening actively, preparing well, adapting communication to the audience, documenting stakeholder input, surfacing concerns early, and following through on commitments.
- Support change and enablement work by drafting impact assessments, clear communications, training, and tools that help people understand and apply new skills and ways of working.
- Create clear slides, agendas, status updates, and other meeting materials, help facilitate meetings or workshops with support, and synthesize discussions into decisions and next steps.
- Use AI fluently and responsibly to improve research, analysis, synthesis, content development, and delivery efficiency while validating outputs and protecting client information.
- Understand Omlie services, client industries, market context, and business drivers; actively learn how emerging technologies and current events affect clients and their teams.
- Support relationship development by articulating the Omlie story, maintaining positive relationships, listening for client needs, delivering work in line with our delivery standards, and sharing opportunity signals with leadership
- Contribute to a strong team environment by supporting peers, seeking, delivering, and acting on feedback, sharing knowledge, mentoring where appropriate, and taking ownership of personal development.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in management consulting or a relevant industry role.
- Experience owning defined portions of consulting projects, including deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder inputs, and quality review cycles.
- Ability to structure problem statements, organize and interpret information, and turn findings into practical recommendations and solutions.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort working with clients, vendors, and teammates in fast-moving environments.

- Strong project management fundamentals and fluency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and responsible AI-enabled ways of working.
