We are developing therapies based on a novel
proprietary technology platform that utilizes antibodies conjugated with
payloads that are specifically activated at the tumor site. Our first clinical
product will advance into Phase 3 pivotal clinical testing to treat terminal
cancer patients. This is a first-in-class product with unique pharmacological
activity and with the potential to have a broad impact in cancer. Given the
rapid progression of the clinical studies we are quickly expanding the team to
support late stage pivotal clinical development and future commercialization of
our products.
Position Summary
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for balance sheet
account reconciliations, international subsidiary accounting, clinical trial
accruals, and other accounting functions. Ideal candidates will have at least 2
years of public accounting experience and a CPA license.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare clinical trial accruals and review all payments to clinical sites
- Prepare audit schedules and support all request from auditors
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and associated journal entries for prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, etc.
- Review accounting of two international subsidiaries
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedule
- Complete multiple projects related to accounting, finance, and budgeting
- Assist with preparation for the year-end audit
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Education, Skills and Experience
- CPA highly preferred
- Minimum of two years in public accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional self-management ability
