Job Role: Inside Sales Representative (SaaS/B2B software)
Objective: Hire a great inside sales professional to identify and nurture leads, convert them to real opportunities, and close (with support from pre-sales team)
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly lead generation targets and monthly revenue targets
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up
- Construct and conduct sales pitches and presentations from start to finish
- Demonstrate product features before a sale (perform online demos)
- Understand customer needs and be able to articulate the value concisely
- Learn the ContractAI solution and how to articulate the value
- Learn prospect’s org structure, identify key players in the buying cycle (buyer, decision maker, influencer, naysayer)
- Nurture relationships with leads and convert into opportunities efficiently
- Track and manage all prospect communication (emails, phone, social media)
Skills / Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 5+ years inside and/or outside sales experience
- Several years track record of exceeding sales quota
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Knowledge of managing all leads, opportunities and communication in Salesforce
- Ability to run digital marketing campaigns to source leads (ie. using various marketing tools provided by company) and track/report campaign results
- Commanding phone presence with experience running sales presentations from start to finish with mutual close plans
- Able to work independently and remote with little supervision
- Highly organized with efficient note-taking skills
Requirements:
