Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Tier 1 Call Center Agent to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling reception and basic appointment-setting calls. This role offers opportunities for advancement to higher tiers based on performance. This is a remote, 1099 contract position, and candidates must reside and work in the United States. A background check and satisfactory references are required. Please note that S Corporation employees are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and support.

  • Appointment Setting: Manage and schedule basic appointments for various clients.

  • Communication: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

  • Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide efficient solutions.

  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Call Center or Receptionist.

  • Versatility: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

  • Adaptability: Quick learner with the capability to adapt to changing procedures and software.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Residency: Must be a resident and authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Wages: Starting at $12/hr base, with performance-based incentives and bonuses.

  • Training: $11/hr during the 5-day training period.

  • Shift Differentials: Additional pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

  • Billable Capacity Bonus: Earn up to an additional $2.00/hr based on performance metrics.

  • Additional Incentives: Including customer satisfaction and attendance bonuses.

  • Earning Potential: Top-performing agents can earn between $35,000 and $47,000 annually.
