ZELTWANGER CNC Manufacturing - USA manufactures specialized, high-precision parts and assemblies for a variety of industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and packaging. ZELTWANGER is an innovative, expanding group of companies with an excellent name in the fields of manufacturing services, automation, robotics, material handling, and leak testing.
We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist who will play a key role in nurturing customer relationships, managing leads, administratively supporting Outside Sales Representatives, and managing special projects.
What you will do as an Inside Sales Specialist:
- Support Outside Sales team administratively including but not limited to sending emails, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, following up on projects, prepare presentation slides.
- Interact with customers to provide Request For Quotes and process incoming orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Engineering to provide order status updates to customers.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Oversee digitalization of data into CRM software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, sales activities, and leads in the CRM database.
- Assist in weekly and monthly sales reporting.
- Develop a basic understanding of CNC and Leak Testing processes, materials, tolerances, and capabilities to effectively communicate with customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Your profile:
- Five or more years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in German is a plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-directed with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Prior experience using sales software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
