Your job will consist of:
Working with JobNimbus customers to develop and execute a plan for their account optimization.
Working with the Success team to ensure all customers are effectively and professionally onboarded.
Conducting trainings for customers.
Conducting phone shadowing calls.
Communicating with customers throughout the onboarding process.
Attending trade shows and events to interact with customers and new leads.
Required Qualifications:
Training experience
Excellent computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proactive and research-focused
Highly organized
Positive attitude
Ability to work from home
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry
Software training experience
Experience with Asana, IVR phone system, Confluence, HubSpot, GDrive, video conferencing
Data-driven
Compensation:
