Your job will consist of: 

  • Working with JobNimbus customers to develop and execute a plan for their account optimization.

  • Working with the Success team to ensure all customers are effectively and professionally onboarded.

  • Conducting trainings for customers.

  • Conducting phone shadowing calls.

  • Communicating with customers throughout the onboarding process.

  • Attending trade shows and events to interact with customers and new leads.


Required Qualifications:

  • Training experience

  • Excellent computer skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proactive and research-focused

  • Highly organized

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to work from home


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry

  • Software training experience 

  • Experience with Asana, IVR phone system, Confluence, HubSpot, GDrive, video conferencing

  • Data-driven
