We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can take ownership of testing sales tactics and designing new sales revenue streams.

  • Has the ability to analyze sales data and present insights and action plans to executives.

Your job will consist of: 

  • Testing new sales tactics to determine best practices and opportunities.

  • Developing and executing models for expanding customer sales.

  • Obtaining company feedback from current and former customers to identify immediate and long-term improvements.

  • Analyzing sales data and presenting insights to generate increased revenue to executives.

  • Working closely with executives, the sales team, and the business development team to drive company-wide sales strategy. 

  • Occasionally attending trade shows and events to interact with customers.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience selling customized packages

  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, deal negotiation, and retention economics

  • Ability to convert data sets into meaningful, actionable insights

  • Excellent software skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Professional and competent phone presence

  • Proactive and results-driven


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience designing sales strategy

  • Experience in the construction industry

  • Experience with software sales, especially B2B SaaS sales

  • CRM experience


Compensation:

  • Competitive base pay + aggressive commissions for a total package of up to $150K
