Your job will consist of:

  • Assessing technical problems, troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and reporting findings to the team.

  • Addressing needs through diagnosis and resolution.

  • Writing test scripts.

  • Designing, writing, implementing, and maintaining acceptance and regression tests.

  • Working with the development and customer-facing teams to address technical issues and improve the product.

  • Collaborating with the development team in our Lehi, Utah headquarters office.


Required Skills:

  • Ability to write efficient test scripts

  • Production experience working with test management tools such as Testlodge, PractiTest, Cucumber, etc.

  • Production experience working with app integration test frameworks such as Detox, Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, etc.

  • Production experience with device farm platforms such as BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm, SauceLabs/TestObject and/or a local device farm

  • Analytical thinker with structured problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audience

  • Ability to uncover common user workflows and issues from sources like support tickets and app usage metrics, and then translate those flows into automatable tests


Desired Skills:

  • SaaS experience

  • Jira experience

  • UI/UX experience

  • Git experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with Analytics tools like Segment, Firebase Analytics or similar.

  • Ability to take a data-driven approach to product quality improvement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
