About the Role:
This Associate, Network Investment position will provide day-to-day support to the Sr. Program Manager of Network Investments and will be responsible for documentation and tracking of CIS programmatic grant-funded activities out to the CIS network, coordinating and delivering grant-related webinars with the network, and planning and conducting monitoring calls/visits with subgrantees to ensure compliance with programmatic requirements of investments.

Required skills & qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
· Experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite Office, Adobe software, Zoom, etc.
· Experience in working with youth serving organizations, education or nonprofit local organizations.
· Monitoring of grant expenditures aligned with programmatic requirements, timelines and reporting as specified under a grant/contract.
· Time management & ability to multi-task.
· Communication (written and verbal) with attention to detail and strong professionalism.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
· 60% - Plans for and participate in regular communications with subgrantees (via conference calls and/or site visits) and documents progress, challenges, and success stories. Provides updates and summaries as necessary in tracking documents and to other staff responsible for providing technical assistance to affiliates.
· 15% - With oversight from the Sr. Program Manager, create and communicate with subgrantees timelines for network investments to include key monitoring events, data tracking, reporting and other deliverables.
· 15% - Reviews subgrantee progress and final reports to ensure programmatic requirements are tracking/being met and flags any concerns, including expenditures with the Sr. Program Manager.
· 5% - With guidance from the Sr. Program Manager, drafts scopes of work for network investments.
· 5% - Manages logistics for RFP process, including drafting content, managing submissions, and coordinating review process.
