About the Role:

The Senior Associate, Grants Administration supports the Grants Management team in managing both the spenddown of grants received by CIS National and grants CIS National gives to affiliates and other organizations through their entire grant lifecycles. They are responsible for helping to facilitate an environment in which Finance, Advancement, Student Supports and other departments are in constant communication about grant requirements and spenddown.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with 5-7 years of experience

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly BTA’s for grants received by CIS National
  • Customize SRA’s from templets and disseminate to signees
  • Manage subgrant data in Salesforce
  • Enter grant payments in PN3
  • Track which staff members are required at which grant meetings and schedule meetings
  • Manage subgrant Sharepoint files
  • Monitor Salesforce reports for due dates and overdue subgrant requirements and follow up on overdue requirements
  • Submit grant expenditure and timesheet reclasses to Finance
  • With the rest of the Grants Management team, Advancement and Student Supports, problem solve problems and issues with subgrants around grantee spenddown and reporting requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the business development team and program team to execute earned income contracts including but not limited to licensing contracts and external professional development contracts.
