Asset Vantage is a global leader in the wealth technology market, providing our clients with a highly sophisticated software and service solution. We are seeking a Client Service Associate who is upbeat, professional, works independently and has excellent client service skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn and operate our proprietary internet-based accounting and performance reporting solution.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, team members, and resources across the company (globally) to achieve desired results.
  • Continue internal education, training and certifications to stay ahead of an evolving financial industry landscape by learning and contributing to new product releases.
  • Ownand address client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.
  • Maintain and create detailed documentation through logging of support cases, e-mail and knowledge base articles for client and internal use.
  • Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner.
  • Deliver training and support to clients on accounting and performance reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
  • Finance/Accounting experience preferred
  • Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Superior troubleshooting and analysis / resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and convey client business requirements to senior level resources for escalation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • WebEx or other online meeting tools preferred
