Job Description:

Our company is currently seeking ​a Collections Associate to join our team!  Full training will be given on our custom systems upon hire.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:

  • Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
  • Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
  • Record disputes, returns and adjustments upon notification
  • Work with management on special collections related projects

  Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivables, fashion, or other related fields preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
