We specialize in end-to-end product lifecycle management, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Deputy Program Manager to join our team and help drive the successful execution of high-impact projects.
Position Summary:
The Deputy Program Manager will support the Program Manager in the day-to-day management of the planning, coordination, and execution of device deployment projects across the program operations, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects on time and within scope. This role requires strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of IT project lifecycles and methodologies adhering to quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines
- Facilitate meetings, manage project schedules, and track progress against goals and milestones
- Support resource planning, procurement, and vendor management
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and program alignment with business goals
- Support coordination of logistics and scheduling for the deployment of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware across multiple sites.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment.
- Track inventory levels and support asset management efforts.
- Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel; identify trends, risks, and performance indicators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes and documentation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project or program management with focus with a focus on device deployment or IT asset management.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office 360 Suite, Excel. SAP
- Strong understanding of hardware imaging, configuration, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a government, education, or enterprise IT environment is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar ITSM/ITAM tools a major plus
