About Us
We are a fast-growing cybersecurity startup helping MSPs and mid-market organizations secure endpoints, enforce configuration compliance, and mitigate modern cyber threats at scale. Senteon is focused on delivering innovative solutions to secure critical business infrastructure. We prioritize a proactive security culture, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.
The Role
The VP of Marketing will own Senteon’s marketing direction and operating rhythm across demand generation, channel enablement, content, communications, webinars, community, brand, and digital visibility.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. The right person brings the experience to shape company narrative, guide executives, manage agencies and specialists, and represent Senteon across different audiences and markets. They must also be willing to personally move important work from idea to launch.
What You Will Own
Demand Generation
- Build and manage Senteon’s marketing campaign calendar.
- Launch targeted email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, webinars, content offers, and account-focused campaigns.
- Develop campaigns around CIS Benchmarks, CMMC, configuration drift, endpoint hardening, compliance, and MSP operational needs.
- Coordinate campaign messaging, assets, audience selection, sales handoff, and follow-up.
- Work with Revenue Systems to improve HubSpot execution, attribution, and reporting.
Channel Marketing and Enablement
- Turn leadership-led reseller training into structured decks, recordings, guides, FAQs, assessments, and reusable onboarding resources.
- Build talk tracks, use cases, objection guides, battlecards, email templates, co-branded assets, and campaign kits.
- Support new partner launches through communications, webinars, landing pages, announcements, and demand-generation materials.
- Give resellers credible, practical content they can use to educate and engage their customers.
- Help Senteon support more partners without rebuilding the same materials for every relationship.
Content, Search, AEO, and GEO
- Own the technical content strategy and publishing roadmap.
- Build authority around the problems Senteon solves through articles, guides, FAQs, videos, webinars, customer evidence, and technical education.
- Oversee the website structure, topic clusters, schema, internal linking, entity consistency, and answer-focused content needed to improve SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Increase Senteon’s visibility in traditional search, AI-generated answers, industry research, and buyer conversations.
- Translate expertise from leadership, engineering, sales, customers, partners, and field events into useful market-facing content.
Brand, Communications, and Global Awareness
- Build a clear company narrative that remains consistent across markets, audiences, partners, media, and employees.
- Lead PR, media relations, executive thought leadership, employee advocacy, social media, and company communications.
- Help Senteon communicate effectively with MSP, enterprise, public-sector, compliance, and international audiences.
- Bring awareness of how messaging, buyer expectations, cultural context, and channel models differ across markets.
- Prepare the company for broader geographic expansion by creating communications and content that can scale beyond a primarily U.S.-focused audience.
- Protect and strengthen trust in Senteon through accurate, credible, and consistent communication.
- Maintain and evolve Senteon's visual identity by creating and overseeing branded marketing assets, ensuring all presentations, digital content, collateral, and partner materials consistently adhere to company brand standards across every customer and partner touchpoint.
Webinars, Communities, and Market Education
- Build webinars into a repeatable demand, partner, and education program.
- Coordinate topics, speakers, promotion, production, follow-up, repurposing, and reporting.
- Develop a useful presence in Reddit, MSP communities, cybersecurity groups, partner networks, and relevant social channels.
- Help Senteon contribute real expertise without turning every interaction into a promotion.
- Bring recurring market questions, objections, and content opportunities back into campaigns and enablement.
Marketing Operations and Measurement
- Create a visible operating system for campaigns, content, priorities, deadlines, approvals, and reporting.
- Establish clear performance indicators tied to qualified conversations, pipeline, revenue influence, partner usage, search visibility, webinar outcomes, and community contribution.
- Use results to determine what should be expanded, adjusted, or stopped.
- Give leadership a clear view of marketing performance and future investment priorities.
- Direct agencies, contractors, and specialists while keeping strategy and accountability inside Senteon.
What Success Looks Like
- Marketing consistently generates qualified sales conversations.
- Senteon launches coordinated campaigns rather than isolated activities.
- Resellers receive structured training and practical materials they can use.
- Leadership knowledge is converted into scalable content and enablement.
- Senteon gains authority across search engines, AI answers, industry media, and technical communities.
- Webinars and content contribute to pipeline, partner value, and market education.
