About the Role 

We're looking for a full-stack developer who's excited to tackle real business challenges with code. This isn't about checking boxes on a list of technologies, it's about rolling up your sleeves, understanding the problems our business faces, and building solutions that make a difference. 

What You'll Do 

• Build and maintain features across our entire stack, from what users see to what makes it work behind the scenes 

• Collaborate directly with the business analyst to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions 

• Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve our codebase as you learn and grow 

• Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment 

• Contribute to technical decisions and architecture discussions 

• Learn new technologies and approaches with each project to expand your capabilities 

What We're Looking For 

• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development fundamentals 

• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework ideally React 

• Familiarity with server-side development (Node.js, Python or similar) 

• Basic database knowledge (SQL or PostgreSQL) 

• Genuine curiosity about how businesses work and how technology can solve real problems

• Communication – You can explain technical concepts and ask good questions
