Job Summary
The Director of Education and Resources will lead the development, management, and dissemination of CASP resources and educational materials. This role includes primary oversight of ongoing initiatives such as the CASP ABA Practice Guidelines, the CASP Organizational Guidelines, the joint CASP/APBA Assessment Guidelines, and select special interest group (SIG) projects.

 

The Director will also coordinate webinar content, including soliciting and reviewing webinar proposals.

 

The Director will assume responsibility for CASP’s member-populated repository of shared resources, solicit additional resources from members, and reimagine and promote the file-share system.

 

In addition to these primary responsibilities, the Director of Resources will support the Director of Marketing and Communication in developing website content and exhibit booth materials.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as editor-in-chief and project manager for key resource-related initiatives.
  • Ensure that published resources and educational materials are accurate, consistent, and adhere to CASP’s quality standards.
  • Maintain and update existing materials to reflect current practices and standards.

 

Qualifications

 

Education and Credentials

  • Master’s degree or higher
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Organizational leadership experience preferred.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to Chief Operating Officer

  • Remote or based at the Lexington, South Carolina home office.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $70,000 to 80,000
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, Life and AD&D, disability, 401K, and flexible time-off.

 

Travel Expectations

  • Quarterly in-person team meetings.
  • Attendance at 1–3 annual CASP-sponsored events.
  • Participation in conference exhibits as needed.
