Primary Responsibilities & Attitude
You will be an integral part of our Woodbury team working from 10:00 CST to 2:00 CST, Monday through Friday in the office. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of tasks. As our business is continually evolving, you will play an active role in helping us shape its growth. We are ideally looking for someone who is known for their work ethic, “can do” attitude and considers themselves to be an entrepreneurial team player.
In this role you will build strong relationships across all teams and will work alongside various individuals to deliver exceptional service. You will take pride in your work paying attention to detail and completing tasks efficiently.
What Key Responsibilities Will You Have in This Role?
- Completing general administrative duties such as scanning, printing stock certificates, mail distribution, and outgoing deliveries.
- Reviewing and processing general and complex data entry transactions within established productivity and quality standards.
- Verifying completeness of submitted documents for processing following existing business rules and industry requirements.
- Escalating complex inquiries as needed per documented procedures.
- Adhering to compliance guidelines and service levels.
- Maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- In addition to the duties listed above, management may request the completion of other ad hoc duties or projects.
