ICAM Engineer

Olympus Solutions, Inc is seeking Full Time, highly motivated individuals with great analytical and problem-solving abilities to join our fast-paced growing team. As an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying process improvements and methods to enhance enterprise cybersecurity posture, modernize the Federal IT enterprise and improve the security compliance of critical enterprise services.

Responsibilities:

Gather user input to understand scenarios and develop detailed technical requirement documents.
Proactively identify gaps and develop solutions to routine problems.
Work closely with clients during deployments, upgrades, and changes to ensure requirements are being met.
Obtain an in-depth understanding of ICAM enterprise technologies, as well as key business and security drivers as they relate to the projects.
Participate in ongoing technology evaluations and keep up with technology trends and industry standards.
Drive continual improvement processes to enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve security posture.
Communicate with customers to clarify requests, to report status, or to provide information as needed.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and drive the design, development, and implementation of improvements to ICAM systems.
Ensure the IAM product integrates successfully with various systems (such as Unix/Linux servers, Web Applications, IIS, Tomcat, Apache, Active Directory, single sign on (SSO), and relational databases.
Create technical materials including internal and external tech notes, whitepapers, SOPs, and technical presentations.
Integrate access management tools with third party and custom applications and troubleshooting relevant integration issues.
Facilitate workflow customization to meet business requirements.
Experience installing, upgrading and configuring identity and access management applications.
Perform complex risk analyses which also include risk assessment.
Liaise between business teams to gather business requirements, validate rules, and stakeholder expectations.
Collect and qualify required artifacts, develop test plans, and lead application implementation efforts to guarantee success.
Establish and satisfy information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
Support customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
Apply know-how to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures.
Perform analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures.
Support ICAM technology stack including monitoring, hygiene, enhancements development and other activities to ensure that the security systems are operational and effective

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field with a minimum of 3-6 years of applicable experience designing and implementing enterprise ICAM solutions.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Ping, Okta, Radiant logic, Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), CyberArk, Beyond Trust and other IAM products.
Previous experience in ICAM support of large implementation effort.
Experience designing IAM solutions including Lifecycle management (Joiner Mover, Leaver), birth right privileges, RBAC, ABAC, etc.
Current Public Trust, Secret or Top-Secret clearance is a plus.
Experience with Single Sign-on technologies including Federation (SAML/WSFed) configuration / development / implementation.
Experienced with deploying and configuring IDP and SP initiated connections.
Experience with technologies such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Role-Based Active Control (RBAC) and Active Based Access Control (ABAC).
Experience with SQL databases.
Experience with compliance standards such as NIST 800-63-2 and 800-63-3, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP, and FISMA.
Ability to work in team-oriented environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued.
Experience creating detail design documents.
Experience with Active Directory (AD).
US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with PKI, SSL Protocols and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP)
Experience with cloud-based architectures running on AWS, Azure, or similar platforms is preferred, but not required.
Experience with federal government projects
