Olympus Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time, highly motivated PeopleSoft HCM Developer with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will design, build, test, and deploy custom PeopleSoft solutions supporting enterprise customers across our Federal, Defense, Commercial, and SLED portfolios.

This position is 100% remote.

Duties and Responsibilities

Development and Design

  • Design, build, test, and deploy custom PeopleSoft solutions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
  • Translate functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications and application architecture.
  • Draft technical design specifications and test plans.
  • Perform unit testing and execute technical remediations for large-scale HCM modules.

Integration and Database

  • Build integrations using Integration Broker, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Develop REST/JSON APIs and SOAP web services for multi-system integrations.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL statements and database objects to maintain performance across large data sets.

Collaboration and Deployment

  • Collaborate within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work with technical leads to manage cutover and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technically relevant field, or relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
  • 10+ years of overall technical experience in system design and production support for large-scale applications.
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or above.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a large-scale enterprise or federal environment.
  • Experience developing REST/JSON APIs and SOAP web services via Integration Broker.
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale defense or public sector ERP implementations.
  • Proficiency with Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and PS Query.
  • Expertise writing and tuning complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with Fluid User Interface (UI), Page and Field Configurator, and Approval Framework (AWE).
