Overview:
Olympus is seeking skilled IA Access Management Analysts to provide on-site Identity and Access Management (IAM) support for the Defense Logistics Agency. These positions protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and non-repudiation of sensitive and classified information systems while applying DoD cybersecurity policies and access control standards across multiple DLA locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily Identity and Access Management operations supporting DLA’s enterprise systems.
- Serve as an Information Assurance (IA) Subject Matter Expert (SME) on access and identity management procedures.
- Apply DoDI 8520.03 – Identity Authentication for Information Systems to validate and manage user access.
- Review and verify user privileges to ensure compliance with least-privilege and role-based access principles.
- Monitor account activity, identify anomalies, and coordinate resolutions with system administrators and security personnel.
- Maintain accurate access control documentation, audit logs, and reports in compliance with DLA cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to strengthen IAM operations and enforce security policy adherence.
Requirements:
- Certification: Must hold a certification meeting DoD 8570.01 IAM Level I requirements (e.g., CompTIA Security+ ce or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant IT experience, including experience in access management or cybersecurity.
- Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret clearance and meet IT-I Critical Sensitive investigative requirements.
- Documentation: Certificates must be submitted with application.
