Join our team to implement and support enterprise SailPoint programs, on-premises and in the cloud, for Fortune 500 and U.S. Federal clients. You'll be a key player in ensuring robust and efficient identity governance solutions.


What You'll Do

  • Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions based on design specifications.
  • Develop and extend custom connectors, plug-ins, and SCIM/REST integrations for various target systems (SaaS, HRMS, IaaS, mainframe).
  • Support and maintain SailPoint environments, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate on the establishment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform) for SailPoint code promotion.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of SoD policies, birthright access, and access review strategies.
  • Participate in full life-cycle SailPoint deployments, from requirements analysis through go-live and stabilization.
  • Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures.

Technical Requirements

Core Expertise

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow: 3+ years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience.
  • IAM / IGA Domain: 5+ years across provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, certification, SoD.

Languages & Scripting

  • Java, BeanShell, REST/JSON, SQL; proficiency in Python/PowerShell/Bash for automation is a plus.

Protocols & Standards

  • SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, WS-Fed, PKI, SCIM.

DevOps & Tooling

  • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Docker/K8s, Terraform, Jira/Confluence.

Platforms

  • Experience with Linux & Windows server administration, directory services (AD / LDAP), and relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).

Skills & Collaboration

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective SailPoint solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Certifications & Frameworks (considered a plus)

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or similar certification.
  • CISSP or equivalent security credential.
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001 controls.

Eligibility

  • Active Public Trust, Secret, or Top-Secret clearance (or ability to obtain a clearance is required).
  • US Citizen.

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s a plus).
