We’re looking for reliable, service-oriented individuals who are ready to make an impact in the operating room—without ever stepping inside one. As a Driver, based out of Houston, TX, you’ll play a critical role in transporting life-saving instruments and implants, ensuring timely delivery and pickup from hospitals, surgery centers, and customers across Long Island and the surrounding region.
What You’ll Do:

Safely transport medical products to and from customer locations.

Arrange, load, unload, and return surgical sets and materials in an organized, secure manner

Read maps or use GPS to configure efficient delivery and pickup routes

Deliver outstanding customer service and field on-site questions or concerns

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety inspections

Accurately document deliveries, pickups, and transactions using branch systems

Support quality initiatives and participate in on-call rotation

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely escalation to branch personnel

Maintain organized records, reports, and files related to delivery operations

Support consignment and direct-use product delivery
What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Based in or near Houston, TX metro area

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Basic computer proficiency and experience with delivery systems

Strong understanding of transportation best practices, safety, and compliance

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs

Comfortable using GPS, maps, and route planning tools

Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience. The typical hourly rate for this position is $25.70, with additional factors like qualifications and performance taken into account.
