Loaner Technician I

As a Loaner Technician I, you are focused on learning basic functions within the inspection process of spinal surgical sets. This person will also assist with other various responsibilities within VB Spiner’s Loaner Operations.
What You’ll Do:
Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of VB Spine’s loaner operations:

Unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets and help with precautionary cleaning/decontamination

Train with a loaner specialist to gain knowledge of proper procedures

Develop an understanding of our ERP system (JDE)

Complete all new hire training modules

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
What You Bring:
-
Experience working in a Sterile Processing Department (SPD) or hospital environment preferred

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Must be detail-oriented
-
Possess good organizational skills

Goal oriented
-
Ability to perform essential duties in accordance with FDA standards

Must be a self-starter who likes to work independently, but is also a team player

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds

Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to learn and work with new computer programs
