We’re looking for reliable, service-oriented individuals who are ready to make an impact in the operating room—without ever stepping inside one. As a Driver, based out of Plainview, NY, you’ll play a critical role in transporting life-saving instruments and implants, ensuring timely delivery and pickup from hospitals, surgery centers, and customers across Long Island and the surrounding region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safely transport medical products to and from customer locations.

  • Arrange, load, unload, and return surgical sets and materials in an organized, secure manner

  • Read maps or use GPS to configure efficient delivery and pickup routes

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and field on-site questions or concerns

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety inspections

  • Accurately document deliveries, pickups, and transactions using branch systems

  • Support quality initiatives and participate in on-call rotation

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely escalation to branch personnel

  • Maintain organized records, reports, and files related to delivery operations

  • Support consignment and direct-use product delivery

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Based in or near Plainview, NY

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with delivery systems

  • Strong understanding of transportation best practices, safety, and compliance

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable using GPS, maps, and route planning tools

  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail

Compensation:

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience. The typical hourly rate for this position is $25.70, with additional factors like qualifications and performance taken into account.
