Reverse Logistics Technician I

As a Reverse Logistics Technician I, you will be responsible for receiving, cleaning, and disposing of all incoming consignment surgical set returns and Return Material Authorization (RMA) returns

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of VB Spine’s reverse logistics operations

  • Unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets and help with precautionary cleaning/decontamination 

  • Develop an understanding of all Stryker spinal product offerings through the repetition of receiving and processing incoming consignment inventory

  • Performs initial visual quality checks on implants and instrumentation 

  • Clean any debris from instrumentation that was missed during the original sterilization/decontamination process, ensuring all medical devices are surgery-ready

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 

 

What You Bring: 

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency degree or equivalent

  • Must be detail-oriented

  • Possess good organizational skills

  • Goal oriented

  • Perform essential duties in accordance with FDA standards

  • Need to be a self-starter who likes to work independently, but also a team player

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite

     Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes  

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills      

  • Comfortable dealing and managing change

Compensation: 

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors, including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
