Field Scheduler

As a Field Scheduler, you’ll lead a regional operations team to ensure surgical set orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This role is critical in driving seamless logistics, strong inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across sales, customer service, and field operations.
What You’ll Do:
• Review incoming surgical set requests in Copilot and determine if sets can be sourced locally
• Coordinate with customer service and commercial operations on escalated order needs
• Build relationships across Field Operations, Sales, and Commercial teams to optimize supply chain performance
• Oversee inventory handling, replenishment, and inspection for redistribution
• Perform and delegate JDE transactions to ensure full traceability of inventory
• Lead training and troubleshooting efforts for JDE-related issues within the hub team
• Serve as the main contact for courier and transportation partners
• Ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing surgical sets
• Guarantee daily order fulfillment with a focus on high quality and service
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, capacity planning, and cost control
• Contribute directly to strategic logistics and inventory planning
• Prioritize and manage tasks assigned by management to ensure timely execution of key initiatives
What You Bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer service experience and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Knowledge of the medical device industry or hospital operations preferred

Compensation:
This is a non-exempt hourly position. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
