Employee and Customer Engagement Coordinator

As an Employee and Customer Engagement Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting key functions across R&D, Quality, Clinical, and Regulatory. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with executive leadership, coordinate on-site events and employee engagement activities, and deliver best-in-class support to both our surgeons and business customers. This role is hybrid with the expectations of 2-5 days on-site.
What You’ll Do:
Employee Engagement & On-Site Experience:
- Plan and coordinate on-site employee travel and logistics for engagement events, team offsites, and internal meetings.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for employees, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Operations, Leadership) to plan and execute engagement activities that support culture, morale, and connection.
- Field incoming calls to the Allendale office and direct accordingly.
Executive Support (On-Site Coordination):
- Support the executive team during on-site visits by coordinating logistics such as meeting agendas, AV setup, and space planning.
- Arrange and manage reservations for executive dinners, events, and offsite meetings, ensuring a high level of service and discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments to facilitate efficient planning and execution of their on-site schedules.
Customer Engagement (Surgeon-Focused):
- Coordinate all logistics for customer visits, including travel, accommodations, transportation, and in-office meeting schedules.
- Ensure a premium, white-glove experience for visiting spine surgeons and medical professionals, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support high-touch, relationship-building experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
- Anticipate the needs of customers and deliver solutions proactively, with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in event planning, executive support, hospitality, or customer engagement roles.
- Experience working with senior executives or high-profile clients (e.g., physicians, corporate leaders) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working across time zones, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
