Role:


Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, as a HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Shared Services – HR department, you will align our HR programs and initiatives within the organization and provide day to day HR support to assigned work groups in a high growth, high performing environment. You will implement our strategic HR programs and best practices to maximize employee engagement, growth, and success in our 3 locations with approximately 300 employees. You will champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management and development planning. Partnering at the Management and Supervisory level, you will align Shared Services – HR programs and initiatives within the business to maximize our teams’ success, while managing employee needs through labor relations policy management, communication, and coaching. The HRBP will be the partner for business groups across multiple states within the United States and is a key partner to the Vice President of Human Resources to develop and implement core shared services best practices. The position will be measured by the strategic outcomes of the HR Shared Services team, individual objectives, and operational targets.


This position is based in our Fort Myers, FL Headquarters.  This is NOT a Remote position.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited to...)

   

  • Build relationships within the business as a partner to ensuring employee and management success in achieving goals and targets, while maintaining appropriate compliance.

  •  Counsel and coach management through employee matters involving policy, employment law, conflict management, leaves and alignment to cultural values.

  • Maintains HRIS information with the highest integrity and align workforce analytics and reporting with outcomes.

  • Manages and processes employee changes or updates in the system as required and foster a manager self-service technology environment.

  • Maintains current professional level knowledge of legal requirements and state and federal regulations that impact human resources functions in assigned work groups.

  • Contributes to the business strategy by assisting the Vice President of Human Resources to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  • Provides expertise for compliance or labor relations matters and escalates or aligns appropriately with HR leadership.
  • Manage Benefits Administration and Open Enrollment across the organization, as aligned with HR leadership.
  • Acts as a liaison between the multi locations and Shared Service HR to ensure that HR support and initiatives are aligned with internal client needs.
  • Some travel is required to other sites, as necessary.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources management or 8 years of HR Generalist experience
  • 5 years’ experience managing HRIS technology.
  • Currently maintained SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Prior experience with managing HR partnerships in a multi-state environment.
  • Current knowledge regarding labor relations laws including leaves, FMLA, ADA, and EEO compliance
  • Ability to work across several structures and state regulations
  • Ability to communicate across organizations to sales, operations, product management, and professional services
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects, manage diverse teams and meet deadlines.
