Why is the Client Care Representative position so Important?

The Client Care Representative is the face of Global HR Research to our clients and is responsible for assisting them and their teams on a day to day basis. This position reports directly to the Sr Director of Client Care, and is a Monday through Friday position, with the occasional need for overtime. This position is located in Fort Myers, FL

 

What are the responsibilities of the Client Care Representative?

 Take ownership of client requests and respond accurately within specified time frames.

 Educate clients on GHRR processes and systems.

 Identify service opportunities and provide solutions.

 Escalate client impacting issues to the appropriate GHRR department following proper escalation procedures.

 Demonstrate knowledge in best business practices and all regulations that may affect clients.

 

What skills are required to be a Client Care Representative?
